This site is run by Hamza Fletcher to describe 1-to-1 online assertiveness workshops and to let you get in touch. The content is written to be helpful and honest, but it is general information rather than advice for your particular situation.

The workshops are coaching-style, 1-to-1 sessions focused on boundaries, assertiveness and communication. They are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or a crisis service, and they are not a substitute for support from a qualified health professional.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, local emergency services or an appropriate crisis line rather than using this form.

Sending an enquiry does not book or confirm a session. Nothing is agreed until we have exchanged emails and confirmed a time together. Session format, length and price are shown on the site: Online, 60 minutes, £60 per session. If those details ever change, the site will be updated, and the terms we agree in writing at the time of booking are the ones that apply.
