Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Hamza Fletcher, who offers 1-to-1 online assertiveness workshops. If you have any question about your information, email info@hamzafletcher.com.

When you press Send, the form delivers your enquiry to me as an email addressed to info@hamzafletcher.com, using an email delivery service called Resend. Your enquiry is not stored in a database on this website - the email is the only record, and it is held in my email account in the same way as any other message you might send me. You'll also receive a short confirmation email so you know your message has reached me.

To keep the form free of automated spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot check. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection to decide whether you're a real person; it does not show you puzzles in most cases and does not track you across other websites.

• Your name and email address, so I can reply.
• A short line about what you would like support with, and optionally which workshop you're interested in and any further message.

Please share only as much as you feel comfortable putting in an email. A sentence is genuinely enough at this stage - there is no need to include detailed personal, health or sensitive information to start a conversation.

I use what you send to understand what you're looking for, reply to you, and arrange a session if that's what you'd like. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a marketing list from an enquiry.

Because you tick a consent box before the form sends your enquiry, your consent is what allows me to use those details to reply. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me and asking me to delete your enquiry.

• Resend - the email delivery service that carries your enquiry from the form to my inbox (and sends your confirmation email). Resend processes the details you enter in order to deliver them, and keeps delivery logs.
• Cloudflare - this site is served through Cloudflare, and the enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as your IP address) to do this.
• Google Analytics - this site loads Google Analytics, which collects usage information such as pages viewed and general device and location data in order to produce visitor statistics. You can block it with your browser or an ad-blocking extension.
• Umami - a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool that I host myself. It counts pages viewed and general device and country information to produce visitor statistics; it does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
• Server-side visit logging (Matomo) - visits to this site are also recorded server-side into a Matomo analytics instance that I host myself. This processes technical connection data (such as your IP address, which Matomo then anonymises, and your browser type) to produce visitor statistics, including recording automated crawler and bot traffic. Nothing is placed on your device for this.
• Google Reviews - the reviews section links to and embeds content from my Google Business Profile, so Google may receive information about your visit when that content loads.
• Instagram - links to my Instagram profile take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.

You can ask me what enquiry information I still hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@hamzafletcher.com and I'll help. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If how I handle enquiries changes - for example if I start using a different email or form service - I'll update this page to describe it.
