My Journey

Hamza Fletcher

Hey there! I'm Hamza 😄 For most of my life, I was a massive people-pleaser.

I found it incredibly difficult to say no. I believed that always saying yes, avoiding conflict and putting everyone else’s needs before my own - made me a kind person!

I abandoned my own voice, ignored my needs, and my health began to suffer.

I spent years overthinking conversations, carrying guilt that wasn’t mine, and struggling to advocate for myself without feeling selfish.

That led me on a journey to understand what assertiveness really is. Learning how to communicate honestly, set healthy boundaries and speak with confidence while still treating others with kindness and respect.

Today, alongside my counselling training, I work with clients 1-1 to help them better understand their communication styles, navigate difficult relationships and find a way of expressing themselves that feels authentic rather than forced.

These workshops are built around everything I wish I’d understood years ago.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. I offer coaching and skills-based training, not therapy. Together we'll focus on communication, boundaries, assertiveness and emotional understanding in a practical one-to-one setting.

Not at all. The workshops provide a useful framework, but you can also book tailored one-to-one sessions focused entirely on your own situation. Each workshop can be taken independently.

That's completely okay. We can have a conversation first and decide together what would be most useful for you.

Yes. I aim to offer a neuro-affirming space where you don't need to mask or explain the way your brain works. While I don't present myself as an autism specialist, many clients appreciate working with someone who understands these experiences.

Absolutely. Some people come with one specific situation they'd like to work through, while others choose to continue with ongoing sessions.
